Was close to my hotel and lucky me. The taste of the chicken was very good. The size of the breasts were on the small side. But the taste kept me coming back.

If living in the hood has taught me anything...it's that the best fried chicken places look like you can get stabbed inside. Although Morrisville isn't quite there yet with the scare factor, it certainly is with the shady-ness in this spot. I came in because I saw that a fellow elite really liked their chicken and in an effort to not head to KFC, I came here. I was pleasantly surprised with the nice Asian woman working inside, I definitely did expect her - or anyone really as the place looks pretty run down. They serve everything from fried fish to fried chicken here and a few random sides as well. We decided to go with a basic meal, chicken, biscuits, fries and slaw. Let's get right to it - the chicken was pretty good. The slaw was miserable, and the fries were perfect. It should be noted that the biscuits are really hawaiian rolls, not biscuits - which was actually really disappointing. But all in all, it is not a terrible alternative to the local kfc, I may even get adventurous and try something else on the menu soon.

I love this place, I travel for work and eat out a lot and there's nothing like getting a massive combo plate with a side here to go! Hands down way better than KFC

My current addiction to fried chicken found me cruising around Morrisville looking for my fix. Driving along Pennsylvania Avenue after crossing the river on the pay bridge, I spied US Fried Chicken in a strip behind La Villa Italian restaurant. I pulled into the parking lot, and wove my way closer to their shop. Walking up to their door I looked again at their overhead sign. Did it mean United States Fried Chicken, or We Fry Chicken? My curiosity became more intense when I saw that the enterprise was run by a Korean couple. They were friendly, courteous, and as I was the only customer in there when I arrived, willing to do what it took to please me. They didn't have much chicken in the heating bins, so I asked if they would be cooking up some more. Yes. If I was willing to wait 15 minutes, they would put a load together for the deep fryer. Are you kidding me? Only 15 for fresh fried chicken? I would have waited 30 if need be. So, I watched as they took the chicken from the refrigerator (not freezer), put in into a large aluminum bowl and poured in the flour/spice mix and stirred it up. A small cloud of orange dust rose from the swirling. I could smell the pepper and other secret ingredients when they reached me. Hmmm... Mister US brought the bowl over to the fryer and carefully lowered the breasts and wings into the gurgling oil one piece at a time, while Mrs. US put together the Fried Rice that came with my order. Other folks came in while I waited, and each was taken care of in turn. The operation was smooth and they worked very well together as a team. When the chicken was golden and tested for completion, my take away order was packaged and bagged. It was heavy from the 2 breasts, 2 wings and the hefty load of rice. Smelled great, and it remained hot until I started eating it at home. The Breast was plump, moist and almost entirely edible with little bone. The coating was crisp, crunchy, and had a very satisfying spiciness that was a little hot from whatever chili essence might be in the mix. The wings were similarly plump and delicious. The Fried Rice was surprisingly good. It did not taste stale from sitting around, but was still in its early stages of existence. For the moment, US Fried Chicken has caught my attention and appreciation. My search for the Southern Fried Grail continues, but at least now I know where I can go to find a fine substitute for the ultimate Fried Chicken.
